Listing is for a custom mould design unique to you (we won't sell your design to anyone else) this includes 2 moulds of the same design 1 used for testing and 1 unused. Turnaround times will vary but we will notify you with a rough time once started. Please email or message via Facebook with design pictures or description once the order has been placed.

Please keep in mind some smaller details including thin writing and lines etc don't work very well for bath bombs so would need making slightly thicker if needed. Any changes would be confirmed before we commit. If you're unsure of anything feel free to message before ordering we will help as much as we can.

 

PLEASE NOTE ONCE THE DESIGN HAS BEEN ACCEPTED BY YOURSELF AND PRINTING HAS STARTED CHANGES CAN'T BE MADE SO PLEASE BE 100% SURE BEFORE ACCEPTING THE FINAL DESIGN.

Moulds to be made in 1mm PETg (1.5mm LDPE or 1.5mm HDPE available depending on the design)

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Terms for returns of unwanted (unused) moulds

  • 14 day return window
  • Customer provides shipping
  • Mould price refunded

    Refunds
    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to to the payment method you originally used.

    You will usually receive the refund within 3-5 days however this depends on your card issuer.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item/items

    THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, ONLY THE COST OF THE MOULD/MOULDS.
