CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
We only offer made to order items therefore this will incur a 5% cancellation charge to cover fees lost, material loss and labour cost.
Terms for return for unwanted (unused) moulds
- 14 day return window
- Customer provides shipping
- Mould price refunded
- Restocking fee- 5% of total order (excluding postage)
Refunds for unwanted items must be declared within 14 days and must be returned within 14 days of the date the refund was started. Returned items must be in unused and original condition. Return postage to be covered by customer. Refund only includes sale amount of items, postage will not be refunded.
Returns will incur a 5% restocking fee.
Faulty items please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the fault we are more than happy to help, on the rare occasion we will need to have the item returned for inspection if issue is unclear on provided photos. Once the issue is resolved you will be offered a refund or replacement, if refund is preferred we will also cover the cost of the return postage.
Lost postal items will be refunded after the specified time that the chosen postal service declares the items as lost, at this point your order will be refunded or replaced and we start the claim process for the lost items. Refund times can vary depending on the payment method used.
