TURN AROUND FOR 3D PRINTED MOULDS CAN BE 5-14 WORKING DAYS HOWEVER WE ALWAYS AIM TO BE QUICKER. IF YOU WISH FOR NORMAL MOULDS TO GET TO YOU FASTER THEN PLEASE PLACE SEPERATE ORDERS. THANKS.
IMPORTANT- 3D PRINTED MOULDS NEED TO BE WASHED WITH WARM WATER (NOT HOT) DO NOT LEAVE SUBMERGED IN WATER FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. NOT DISHEASHER SAFE.
Our moulds will make 100s and 100s of bath bombs if cared for correctly, just rinse with warm soapy water and leave to air dry.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Terms for returns of unwanted (unused) moulds
- 14 day return window
- Customer provides shipping
- Mould price refunded
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to to the payment method you originally used.
You will usually receive the refund within 3-5 days however this depends on your card issuer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item/items
THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, ONLY THE COST OF THE MOULD/MOULDS.
